Looking back from the vantage point of 2026, we can confidently confirm that every single prediction made nearly seven years ago has come to fruition.

Our city has been included in Knight’s Frank’s “The Wealth Report 2019“, a document that examines the most profitable luxury investments.
The city of Lucca is admired both for its architecture and for its cultural and recreational aspects, elements that have determined a high value of the buildings (800,000 Euros for a refurbished 3 bedrooms apartment), an increase of 0.5% from 2017 to 2018 and a growth forecast of 6% for 2019.
